Matt Sorg will discuss the technical architecture, core principles, and development ecosystem for building high-speed applications on the Solana blockchain. Franklin Bi will provide an overview of Digital Asset Trusts (DATs), explaining their structure, how to evaluate them, and their role in the institutional investment landscape.

Speaker Biographies:

• Matt Sorg is the VP of Technology at the Solana Foundation. His career spans data science, machine learning, and executive leadership, with previous roles at Unity, Riot Games, and as co-founder of Concha Labs. He holds a Master's degree in economics from the University of Washington.
• Franklin Bi is a Partner at Pantera Capital, focusing on venture and early-stage token investments. He was previously Vice President and Blockchain/Crypto Strategy Lead at J.P. Morgan, where he was a founding member of the Blockchain Center of Excellence in 2015. He graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
